In celebration of Troop 31's 100th Anniversary of it original charter on April 10th, 1913, over 100 scouts, alumni and past and present leaders gathered at the Burgundy Basin Inn.  The Night began with a wonderful social gathering and commenced with a moving invocation by ASM Roland Osterwinter.   Scoutmaster John Folwell followed with a short but poignant remarks regarding the past, present and future of Troop 31.  We welcomed the Mayor of Rochester Thomas Richards for a Proclamation in honor of our 100th year from the City of Rochester.  Steve Holt, the Council Chief Executive for Seneca Waterways Council delivered his reflections of scouting of the past quarter century.   After a wonderful dinner, Mr. Refermat, Troop 31 Committee Chairman presented a basic overview of the troop’s past and present.
