In celebration of Troop 31's 100th Anniversary of it original charter on April 10th, 1913, over 100 scouts, alumni and past and present leaders gathered at the Burgundy Basin Inn. The Night began with a wonderful social gathering and commenced with a moving invocation by ASM Roland Osterwinter. Scoutmaster John Folwell followed with a short but poignant remarks regarding the past, present and future of Troop 31. After a wonderful dinner, Mr. Refermat, Troop 31 Committee Chairman presented a basic overview of the troop’s past and present.
